Hats (of some type, at some location) are back. You will hear this refrain over and over every year from some country and/or regional location. I call it pure hype. The fact is that hats (whatever type) have never left anywhere, anyone at anytime. Currently it is the bowler hat in England. Next it will be ??? at ???. What a consumer bore. My condolence to the British for the current state of psychological maneuvering of the hat making industry. I don't believe you. And I make hats for real women of many nationalities.
